At Kona Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the unused items back into their original shipping box, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
